Discover Spain Outside The Nightlife
Although Spain has a brilliant clubbing scene, it has so much more to offer outside the bars and clubs. Whether you’re heading to the larger cities of Madrid and Barcelona, or planning a sun-kissed break in the Costas you’ll find the culture in Spain is welcoming and intriguing. It’s the perfect holiday destination with something to suit everyone.
If Madrid is your destination of choice, make sure you check out the Palace and cathedral, before taking the funicular to Casa de Campo. Las Ramblas is the perfect place to check out real Spanish flair if you’re heading to Las Ramblas and no trip would be complete without paying a visit to Park Guell; these gardens were designed by Antonio Gaudi and are perhaps the best known in Spain and a perfect place to sit back and watch the world go by.
Luxury hotels are ideal if you’re seeking a holiday based more on rest and recuperation than the party lifestyle. With facilities such as swimming pools, tennis courts and gyms you have the perfect place to let go and wind down. You could even treat yourself to a massage in the spas which are often found in luxury hotels.
When the midday heat gets a little too much head back to your hotel for a siesta. This will keep you feeling refreshed for later on when you can head to the restaurant and enjoy a relaxing evening full of good food and wine. Luxury hotels often have menus designed to cater to all types of guests with lots of menu choices and with talented chefs you’re guaranteed a great meal.
The best part? As luxury hotels have everything you need, you won’t even have far to travel to get home after your meal, meaning you can stay out as late as you like without the worry.

Brussels and Amsterdam For A European City Break
Amsterdam is great to visit any time of year but particularly beautiful in spring and autumn. Certainly with limited time on your hands, the quickest and most efficient way to see the city is by bicycle!
In Amsterdam, the bicycle is the most popular mode of transport. Cyclists outnumber cars by a long way and you’ll find many bicycle hire companies around the city. You have a choice between a modern bicycle or a traditional Dutch style one, which is gearless. You don’t have to be that confident at cycling on the road as the locals are more than used to seeing bikes on the road and will usually give way to you. Just make sure you look at where you’re going and you’ll be fine! Don’t be embarrassed about ringing that bell either – all the locals do it!
There is more to Brussels than beer, mussels and chocolates, but these alone are tempting reasons for a trip to the Belgian capital. Brussels is not a massive place, so you can easily enjoy the sights and sounds of the city in a weekend.
The eclectic EU District, the Grand Palace and the Grotke market are all worth visiting. You could even arrange to have someone else show you around by booking onto a walking tour. This is a great way for you to get your bearings when you first arrive, not only will you find out fascinating facts about the city on your tour, but you can note anything down that you’d like to return to.
Spend your second day soaking up the sights that took your fancy the most, and strolling around the little backstreets, sampling traditional chocolates and stopping in a Belgian bar for a good cold beer.
If you’re looking for a great, cost-effective option for a getaway then a weekend break is ideal. It gives you the opportunity to have some fun, explore somewhere new and escape your normal routine.

Cruise into Cyprus and see exactly what’s on offer
Taking a cruise is truly the ultimate expression of luxury when it comes to holidays. No matter where you may be sailing to, you can guarantee an unmatched experience; incredible sights, wonderful food and, best of all, the opportunity to see something different almost every single day. While you will always have days spent lazing away on board, you should always take the chance to visit the various ports your ship will call at, particularly if they’re new to you. After all, what is life without a little adventure?
Limassol – a city built on contrasts
The rise in popularity of Mediterranean cruises is easy to explain. With such a wide variety of potential cultures to visit and a guarantee of near perfect weather almost all year round, it’s the ideal choice for those travellers who want the very best. A particular highlight of any cruise is a day or two spent in harbour at the gorgeous island of Cyprus, in particular the vibrant and colourful city of Limassol, boasting that rarely seen combination of historical influence and the ultra-modern world.
Spending even a little time wandering through the streets of Limassol will help you discover all manner of places that will interest you, from great historical sites to high quality shopping malls. There’s also a wide range of luxury hotels, with five star chains standing alongside up and coming boutique establishments; be sure to take note of your favourites should you ever return to the island! Whatever type of holiday you may plan in the future if you want to return, there are also plenty of hotels in Limassol that will suit your needs.

Of course, you’ll be spending the night on your cruise liner, but if you feel like a day of pampering and relaxation in new surroundings, the many fine hotels are more than accessible to non-residents. Omni Berkshire Place: 4 Star Luxury Hotel In New York
Omni Berkshire Luxury Hotel in Manhattan is a fabulous four star hotel. It is a good selection for travelers on business and for travelers who would like to stay in style during their visit to the most exciting city in the world.
This hotel has all of the amenities that you would expect from a luxury hotel in Manhattan. Here’s a shortlist:
1. Cable TV. 2. Valet Parking. 3. Coffee & Tea Maker. 4. Mini Bar. 5. High-speed Internet. 6. Bar. 7. Conference Room. 8. Security Guard. 9. Multilingual Staff. 10. Tour Desk.
The hotel building itself is beautiful especially with the lights on at night. And of course the rooms are luxuriously decorated. But what is really cool about this hotel to me is not what it looks like outside or in but where it is located. After all; I hope you’re not planning on spending your trip to NYC inside your hotel!
Omni Berkshire Place is located on East 52nd St. between Madison Avenue and 5th Avenue and that means it’s near many interesting things in the city. What follows is a shortlist of what’s within a short walk of this hotel:
1. 5th Avenue Shopping. 2. Radio City Music Hall. 3. Museum of Television and Radio. 4. Sony Wonder Technology Lab. 5. Metro Stations.
As you probably already know a 4 star hotel in such a great location in Midtown Manhattan is not cheap. As of right now the least expensive reservation I can find on the NYC Hotel Deals website is $500/room. Rates do change depending on the day and the season but you are very unlikely to find a hotel of this quality for a discount price in Manhattan. In this expensive city even the two star discount hotels are usually over $200/room.
For people who plan on taking part in many touristy things, the New York Pass is a great way to save cash. It lets you do over fifty tourist activities for one price. It can also save you a lot of time because it gives you line jumping privileges as well.

If You Are Not Expecting Space, Hotelzone Hotel In Finland Is Ideal For You
I have stayed in many hotels around the world as well as in my own place at London. Usually I prefer a hotel that is located near the market place or some notable sites to be seen. So when I reached the Hotelzone Hotel in Finland I was a little unhappy about its distance from the city center, around ten minutes walk. Yet the environment was quite pleasant considering the fact that Helisinki is one of the busiest cities in this part of the world. In any case, staying away from the high sounding horns and such others was welcome departure from the routine features in most of the city hotels.
A unique feature of the hotelzone hotel is that previously it was used as a prison. The hotel has retained the grills, walls, cells and such other features of the prison. But that does not mean the hotel is like a prison. Contrary to it the hotel is great in all respects providing all the modern amenities and spacious rooms for the visitors who stay there. I really loved the idea that the hotel was used as a prison previously.
Of course the rooms in this Helsinki hotel are not massive. They are not supposed to be as the hotel has retained faithfully some of the characters of the old prison it was. Cell walls, window grills and such others have been retained even today. But apart from the slight constraints of space, everything in the hotel is good and pleasant for the campers there. Whether it is overall value, the rooms, cleanliness, service, and sleep quality, it has something to offer everyone. Yes, the location is a bit of distance from the central city, but that is ignorable while considering the facilities offered by the hotel.
Matka which means travel in Finnish language was not an issue. The hotel takes care of the comforts of their travelers. However, one thing that I did not like was that we had to pay the parking fees for our car despite being the hotel guests. This won’t happen in Malaysia or Kuala Lumpur. Of course this was a small inconvenience that can be overlooked. The hotel also provides for car rental and conducted tours. Though the price is a bit on the higher side compared to the agencies, rentals and conducted travels available in the taxi stands; the quality and safety are always assured with the conducted travel arranged by the hotel.
I would give the hotel full marks for cleanliness and services and 80% marks for value, rooms, location and sleep qualities. Though the hotel was slightly away from the center of the city, it was located near a park and that helped us enjoy nature with the modern amenities.
All the modern amenities are available with the hotel. It has a fairly good restaurant, swimming pool, facilities for spa, and a lounge. Conferencing facilities are also available. In the room we had hot and cold water, TV, telephone, and Internet browsing facilities. In fact, the hotel has a good deal of charm. Staffs are helpful and friendly. At least they are ready to come to our assistance whether they are able to resolve the problems that are posed to them. Whether for solo matka or for group travel, I found this hotel excellent for the travelers. I will certainly like to recommend this hotel to my friends and associates for their stay at Finland.
I recommend this hotel to my friends and they said its true that this hotel is very nice because they experienced also the good services of the hotel while enjoying their tour. Check here for free reprint licence: If You Are Not Expecting Space, Hotelzone Hotel In Finland Is Ideal For You.
San Diego Hotel Rooms – Don’t Assume You Have A Safe And Secure Hotel Room
I’m sitting here trying to make a decision on what to write about tonight and my wife is packing for her business trip tomorrow. Then it hit me, Hotel Security. Something everybody takes for granted. You are usually exhausted from the trip and just want to lay down and go to sleep, perhaps have a shower in first. You in no way truly hear about any problems at hotels, so most individuals just assume that the moment they are in the door and standing at the front counter, they are safe.
Some reasons you in no way really hear about crime at hotels are that victims are usually from out of town, so except if it’s an exceptionally violent crime, there’s little possibility it will make the news. Furthermore, in the circumstance of thefts, most people do not report it to the police, but instead to the hotel themselves, who try to manage it in a customer services manner by either reimbursing the customer or telling them that the hotel is not responsible for somebody entering their room and stealing from them.
These “how to’s” will save you time the next morning, they could also save your life some day.
1. When you first step in your room, prop the door open, turn on the lights, and inspect the closets, bathroom, under the bed and behind the drapes. Mistakes do occur and we’ve all heard about someone else being assigned to the same room.
2. Check that all connecting doors, windows and sliding doors are locked. If at all possible, stay away from first floor rooms with sliding doors or direct access to the outside.
3. Once you lock the door and attach the safety chain, examine the diagram on the back of the door to review the closest exits and stairwells, and then mentally plan your escape course. Look out the door, up and down the hall and look for the exit signs, check if they are illuminated.
4. Make sure you double lock your door and then attach the door chain. You might even bring a Portable Door Alarm with you to wake you in the event someone attempts to enter unannounced. These are great objects that are well worth their little investment. Use the peephole if someone whom you were not expecting knocks.
All easy things that we really know we should do, we simply think to ourselves, “It can’t occur to me”. You lock your doors, put your seat belt on and look both ways when we cross the street. This is no different. A few extra minutes could change your life.
