While the eastern shore of Mexico’s Yucatan Peninsula is famous for its several different types of saltwater fishing having an incredible variety of edible species to go after, it is really only a small part of what the Mayan Riviera has to offer. I have stayed in many hotels around the world as well as in my own place at London. Usually I prefer a hotel that is located near the market place or some notable sites to be seen. So when I reached the Hotelzone Hotel in Finland I was a little unhappy about its distance from the city center, around ten minutes walk. Yet the environment was quite pleasant considering the fact that Helisinki is one of the busiest cities in this part of the world. In any case, staying away from the high sounding horns and such others was welcome departure from the routine features in most of the city hotels.
